In our hotels, a luxury suite is defined by a minimum of 45 m², a separate living room, a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, and complimentary Molton Brown amenities. It does not include a private butler service unless contracted separately.

Access to the spa is allowed for guests over 16 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult and cannot use the sauna or steam room. Spa hours are from 9:00 to 21:00. Prior reservation is required for treatments.

We accept dogs up to 15 kg with a supplement of €35 per night. No other pets are allowed. The dog must remain on a leash in common areas and cannot access restaurants, pools, or the spa. An up-to-date vaccination record is required.

We recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellation due to illness, lost luggage, and medical assistance. Our partner insurance covers up to €10,000 in medical expenses and €500 for flight delays. It does not cover high-risk activities such as scuba diving without a certificate.
